As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Red Canary, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success in navigating cybersecurity challenges.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years of information security experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to prioritize and advance customer issues effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and self-sufficient, focused on customer needs.
  • Adept at working across internal and external teams.
  • Willingness to exceed customer expectations.
  • Comfortable with difficult conversations.
  • Accountability to meet commitments to customers.
