The Customer Success Manager (Commercial) at Red Canary is responsible for empowering customers to improve their security outcomes and drive satisfaction, retention, and growth through strong relationships and ongoing support.

  • Collaborate with Technical and Sales teams.
  • Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of commercial customers.
  • Deliver against quarterly OKRs and KPI targets.
  • Process customer inquiries in Salesforce and Zendesk.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Account Management or Customer Success at a SaaS company.
  • 1+ years experience with Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • 1+ years in cybersecurity preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with escalated customers.
  • Able to communicate complex solutions simply.
  • Strong prioritization skills using data and metrics.
  • Experience owning the renewal process.
  • Able to make recommendations for customer improvement.
