We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to fulfill the role of Talent Manager. In this position, you will take charge of resource allocation, operational efficiency, and most importantly, the growth and development of our team members. Your focus will be on establishing and supporting frameworks for nurturing our people, ensuring they have the resources, support, and opportunities needed to thrive within our organization and do the best work of their careers.

In Short

  • Assess resource needs for projects and initiatives and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Work closely with project leaders and team members to understand project requirements and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Continuously monitor resource utilization and capacity, making adjustments as necessary to support project delivery and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify talent needs and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization.
  • Establish frameworks and processes for the growth and development of team members.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, including career development planning, goal setting, and performance feedback.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a culture of transparency, trust, and mutual respect.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of resource allocation decisions, operational updates, and progress towards people development goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in resource management and operations management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement processes for team development.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
