Overview

The Sr. Manager, Talent Management will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, design and implement training programs, and support the global needs of WalkMe.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Talent Development/Management.
  • Strong foundation in Leadership theories.
  • 5+ years in Instructional Design theories.
  • Experience in measuring training effectiveness.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Experience in leading transformational projects.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and LMS Administration.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
