The role of Senior Manager, Talent Management has a critical role to play in this journey. The People Team is currently focused on building an organization that can continue to scale at the pace of MongoDB, as well as integrating our Leadership Commitment framework into our talent ecosystem.

• Leading and evolving global performance management and development processes.

• Facilitating alignment between multiple projects.
• Managing relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
• Ensuring alignment of talent process schedule with business objectives.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in talent management and development projects.
• Experience with senior leaders, preferably in tech.
• Process design experience.
• Ability to drive impact on business objectives.
• Experience customizing experiences for business units.
• Strong track record in fast-paced environments.
• Strong consulting skills.
• Excellence in written communication.
• Excellence in communicating with executive audiences.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
