Overview

The Senior Provider Marketing Associate for our New Venture will play a crucial role in creating our brand’s voice for our providers and maximizing the provider experience throughout their journey with us.

• Lead and optimize creation of content and collateral supporting the entire provider lifecycle at Spring Health.
• Support multi-channel strategies to onboard, engage, and retain providers.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as provider retention and satisfaction rates.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and network teams for a seamless provider experience.
• Achieve measurable improvements in provider satisfaction scores.
• Establish robust reporting mechanisms for actionable insights.
• Foster effective partnerships across teams for project execution.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in provider relations or lifecycle management.
• Proven experience creating high-engagement collateral.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Proven experience creating high-engagement collateral and content.
• Data-driven, analytical, and operational in nature.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Creative, collaborative, and goal-oriented.
• Experience designing surveys or facilitating interviews preferred.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
