Requirements

• 2-3 years of CRM retention marketing experience.
• Proven results in developing and delivering CRM programs.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Iterable or Hubspot.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong skills in segmentation and targeting.
• A/B and MVT testing experience.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Good Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Curious nature with strong organizational skills.
