The Senior Associate, CRM Marketing will help create strategic programs and communications to increase retention and engagement of customers using various digital channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM technology and marketing automation platforms.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools, HTML, and data visualization platforms.
• Knowledge of email industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
