Overview

The Financial Team Lead at Experian will manage a local FP&A team in Costa Rica, overseeing cost management activities and collaborating with finance teams to optimize costs and deliver accurate financial forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and accounting proficiency.
• Ability to communicate findings to different audiences.
• Advanced English and proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with financial systems like Oracle and Tableau.
• Availability to support US Pacific Time zone hours.
