• Proactively search for passive candidates.
• Work with teams to create a candidate-centric experience.
• Keep recruitment systems organized and up-to-date.
• Stay compliant with North American employment laws.
• Enhance employer brand through recruitment-marketing initiatives.
• Champion a people-first culture.
• Report to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience working with a globally distributed team.
• Open to recruit for various roles.
• Creative thinking and leadership in initiatives.
