Overview

As a Talent Partner at Cleo, you will join a collaborative Talent Team, acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert in hiring across General & Administrative (G&A) functions, covering Operations, Customer Success, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and People teams.

  • Executive search experience for senior leadership talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Data-driven mindset for improving recruitment strategies.
