Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes for Tech.
  • At least one year of experience in fast-growing tech-driven companies.

  • Solution-oriented approach to hiring challenges.
  • Data-driven thinking to improve processes.
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with recruitment tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
