As a Talent Partner at Cleo, you will join a collaborative Talent Team, acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert in hiring for our Engineering teams, focusing on hiring Ruby Engineers, React Native Engineers, and Engineering Managers.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the engineering talent landscape.
  • Candidate-centric mindset prioritizing exceptional experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with context-switching across different engineering teams.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to hiring challenges.
