Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, preferably in a B2C or subscription environment.
• Strong SQL skills; able to independently explore, transform, and validate data.
• Experience with A/B testing and causal inference methods (e.g., diff-in-diff, matched markets, pre-post analysis, geo-lifts).
• Familiarity with marketing attribution methods and tools.
• Comfortable building visualizations and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar.
• Strong commercial thinking: able to prioritize based on impact and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a bias to action, you thrive in ambiguity and aren’t afraid to ask the hard questions.
