As a Senior Marketing Analyst for Organic and Owned channels, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Cleo’s marketing strategy by driving data-driven decisions that support our long-term vision.

• Define Key Metrics & KPIs for organic and owned marketing channels.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover opportunities for optimisation.
• Support with the design, execution and analysis of A/B testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to launch and scale campaigns.
• Measure campaign impact and provide actionable insights for brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in quantitative analysis within a digital product environment.
• Strong understanding of organic marketing channels and campaign measurements.
• Practical knowledge of A/B testing.
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Fluency in Python is a plus.
