Senior Marketing Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Develop analytics, reporting, and insights for the Marketing team.
• Collaborate with Marketing peers to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
• Measure the marginal benefit against marginal cost of marketing efforts.
• Translate data into actionable insights for product and growth channels.
• Package data into brand narratives for case studies and press.
• Identify KPIs and data features for success evaluation.
• Develop company-level dashboards and provide ad-hoc reporting.
• Extract and aggregate data using SQL and spreadsheets.
• Support the Platform Marketing team in their growth efforts.
• Work in a hybrid role: three days in office and two days remote.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a data-centric role.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing analytics role.
• Experience with marketing attribution methodologies.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to express research and recommendations clearly.
• Experience with Amplitude, Sigma BI, and/or Snowflake is preferred.
• Passionate about independent music and improving outcomes for artists.
