Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Affairs Manager to join Translation, an award-winning independent creative solutions company that helps brands harness the power of culture to solve their biggest challenges.

In Short

• Conduct deck reviews and advise on next steps.
• Perform tagline research and risk assessments on content.
• Manage contracts for production, animation, and other services.
• Handle third-party trademark/IP clearances.
• Work closely with legal and client’s cost controllers.
• Track music costs and manage insurance claims.
• Oversee payments and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Review content/assets for risk or clearance concerns.
• Support other business affairs managers as needed.
• Maintain organized paperwork and job jackets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant creative agency/business affairs experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet fast-moving deadlines.
• Experience in building relationships with partners.
• Deep knowledge of SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract.
