The Senior Marketing Analyst plays a key role in driving our marketing efforts and connecting Marketing with Manychat’s Analytics and Data organization. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Analytics Lead, and work closely with the Marketing, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams. You surface insights and solutions that align with business objectives and empower data-driven decision-making.

In Short

Become an expert on all aspects of Marketing data and Analytics.
Work closely with Marketing teams across Performance Marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing management.
Develop and refine marketing performance measurement frameworks, including attribution and customer lifetime value.
Analyze customer segments and recommend effective engagement strategies.
Run ad-hoc analyses, build valuable dashboards, and surface actionable insights.
Collaborate with Data engineers to ensure accurate and reliable data pipelines.
Partner with Analytics and Marketing leadership to align analytics priorities with business objectives.
Contribute to cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Data teams.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, with a focus on SaaS products preferred.
Very strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools (preferably Tableau). Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
A solid understanding of statistical techniques and causal inference methods.
Knowledge of marketing technologies, such as attribution platforms, incremental testing, and tracking tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta BS is a plus.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Extreme attention to detail and a high standard for analytical deliverables.
Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives.
