As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will significantly contribute to building and configuring our HRIS (Workday), collaborating closely with various teams to implement sustainable HR solutions.

In Short

• Build and configure HRIS (Workday)
• Collaborate with Shared Services, Recruiting, HRBPs, and Finance teams
• Design scalable system processes
• Maintain Workday reports and dashboards
• Provide functional support and training for end-users
• Evaluate and propose HRIS functionality changes
• 4+ years of Workday experience required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project management experience preferred

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Workday (Core HCM, Advanced Compensation)
• Understanding of HR processes and annual programs
• Basic understanding of integrations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
