Overview

The Senior HRIS Analyst will support HR and Payroll systems, partnering with stakeholders to analyze system issues, gather requirements, and implement solutions to enhance business processes.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and requirements definition.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and specifications.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Workday Certification preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
