Senior HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

GoDaddy is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to specialise and support in multiple areas of Workday’s human capital management software, providing tier 2 support and working on system improvement requests.

In Short

• Assess Workday issues and improvement requests.
• Create and coordinate support cases using Jira.
• Facilitate Backlog review meetings.
• Foster relationships within the Workday community.
• Assist with Workday problems and user acceptance testing.
• Provide Workday Administrator support.
• Engage in data audits and processing EIBs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM system.
• Familiarity with Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Time Tracking.
• Good communication and process improvement skills.
• Strong organisational skills and project management experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate data.
• Good level of English – both written and spoken.
