Senior HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Sr HRIS Analyst is a key member of Anthology’s HR team, responsible for partnering with the HR team and IT to drive the utilization, maintenance, security, and configuration of the organization’s HRIS.

In Short

• Partnering with business end-users to translate business needs into requirements.
• Identifying manual processes that can be automated.
• Coordinating with HR stakeholders to ensure HRIS meets business requirements.
• Conducting audits to ensure accurate information in HRIS and Power BI.
• Maintaining documentation and training users on HRIS.
• Planning and executing HRIS system testing.
• Generating reports from HRIS and Power BI.
• Analyzing data to identify trends.
• Serving as a liaison between HR and IT.
• Adapting to evolving HR systems environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant technical discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects and/or technology implementations.
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Power BI or another BI tool.
