Senior Analyst HRIS - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst HRIS will be responsible for managing Workday system activities across Mexico and LATAM, ensuring data integrity and compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Act as the regional point of contact for Workday-related activities.
• Maintain and manage employee data within the Workday platform.
• Support Workday/Payroll system interfaces for data flow.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational support.
• Manage Zendesk tickets related to Workday operations.
• Design and deliver operational reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Stay updated with Workday best practices.
• Provide bilingual support in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of global HR IS systems experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday Configuration experience.
• Knowledge of HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, and Recruiting.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
• Strong organizational and self-starter skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic.
