• Seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior Analyst.
• Own the Client Analytics scope and collaborate with the Client Success team.
• Leverage data analytics to enhance client success and identify at-risk clients.
• Demonstrate senior-level proficiency using SQL and PowerBI.
• Communicate complex insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize reports to track client engagement and KPIs.
• Craft compelling narratives that articulate the value of First Stop Health.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts for timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Minimum of 5 years in a technical analytics role required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical analytics or business intelligence.
• Experience with client success, marketing, or sales teams preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare data analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI for developing dashboards and reports.
