As our Project Coordinator, you'll oversee energy efficiency projects from start to finish, utilizing various software tools including Salesforce. In Short

• Coordinate with customers and program contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs.
• Support internal project processing and timely submission of program data to implementation partners.
• Maintain program project calendar and coordinate milestone deadlines with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a professional customer and contractor rapport.
• Understand the organization and decision-making process for project eligibility.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects and provide timely updates.
• Be familiar with program guidelines and ensure projects meet requirements.
• Coordinate submission and review of program documentation.
• Maintain quality control of all deliverable products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs is a plus.
• Proficient in using software tools, including Salesforce.
