Overview

Resource Innovations is seeking a Customer Success Manager Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in project management and data analysis to support client onboardings and account management in the energy efficiency program implementation.

In Short

• Build and enact project plans to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify client needs and translate those into delivery plans.
• Coordinate communications and meetings with Project Managers.
• Track deadlines for program initiatives and improvements.
• Conduct bi-monthly satisfaction assessments with Project Managers.
• Allocate appropriate resources for initiatives.
• Facilitate internal resources necessary for client results.
• Support development of presentations and proposals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong background in project management.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record in customer success roles.
