Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager / Customer Success Representative to scale the vendor experience and build white-glove relationships with clients. This role is instrumental in owning post-sale success, ensuring long-term client happiness, and identifying growth and referral opportunities across an expanding network of clients and connectors.

In Short

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week)
  • Work from anywhere, ideally in EST time zone
  • Manage post-sale relationships with 20–30 vendor accounts
  • Build onboarding plans and CRM documentation
  • Conduct structured onboarding processes
  • Capture vendor insights and feedback
  • Run regular check-ins and collect NPS
  • Track account data and performance metrics
  • Support community initiatives and events
  • Collaborate with Connector Success teammates

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
  • Analytical skills to track performance metrics
  • Experience in feedback management and relationship building
