Overview

The Account Manager / Customer Success Representative will manage post-sale relationships and ensure client satisfaction for vendors in Latin America.

In Short

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week)
  • Remote work required, with candidates in EST or 4+ hours overlap
  • Manage 20–30 vendor accounts post-sale
  • Build onboarding plans and maintain CRM documentation
  • Conduct personalized onboarding processes for vendors
  • Act as the voice of the vendor within the company
  • Track account data and performance metrics
  • Support referral generation and upsell opportunities
  • Participate in community initiatives and events
  • Collaborate with Connector Success teammates

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer success
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with clients
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to track and analyze performance metrics
  • Experience in feedback collection and client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the Latin American market is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
