Brightspeed is seeking a driven, creative, and energetic professional to join our team as a Customer Success Representative, ensuring our largest customers achieve their business objectives through our solutions.

In Short

  • Build long-term, value-based relationships with decision-makers.
  • Manage overall customer metrics and align them with customer objectives.
  • Evaluate product adoption maturity and provide best practices.
  • Construct and implement a customer success plan.
  • Recognize opportunities for expansion and partner with sales.
  • Implement revenue management practices for retention and growth.
  • Manage risks to customer success and activate solutions.
  • Partner with sales and support to ensure successful deployment.
  • Define and execute renewal strategies based on customer priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with complex, Fortune 500 customers.
  • Strong communication skills for C-level presentations.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills for translating data into insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge in technology and data networking.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
