Overview

The Instructional Designer/Facilitator for Marketing Enablement is a highly skilled learning and enablement professional responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of learning solutions that support complex, marketing-driven go-to-market initiatives in a telecommunications environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and instructional design.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Expertise in designing digital learning solutions using Articulate 360.
• Experience facilitating virtual training sessions.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex information into learner-friendly content.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and consulting skills with stakeholders.
• Experience working with data to evaluate training impact.
