Requirements

• 3+ years of Instructional Design experience, especially in sales.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience creating sales enablement content.
• Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE and SAM.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools.
• Experience with AI tools for design innovation.
• Ability to produce video and multimedia assets.
• Knowledge of project management practices.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience in designing scalable content for global audiences.
