Sales Enablement Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with experience in developing engaging eLearning content and supporting live training initiatives. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring our go-to-market teams have a strong foundation of Actian products, sales processes, tech stack, and selling skills.

In Short

• Design, develop, and implement engaging, interactive eLearning courses.
• Create and curate content for onboarding and ongoing training.
• Ensure eLearning modules align with instructional design best practices.
• Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager for live workshops.
• Conduct needs assessments for content development plans.
• Maintain and organize content within learning paths.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to update materials based on feedback.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Track and report on training program effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides design.
• Experience designing self-paced and live training content.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
