Overview

As a Customer Success Representative, you will ensure every RRI client feels seen, supported, and set up for success. This role involves providing high-quality support and guidance to clients through various channels.

In Short

  • Respond to high-volume inbound client inquiries via phone, email, Zoom, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems with empathy, speed, and precision.
  • Guide clients through our products, event logistics, and program onboarding.
  • Handle escalations with professionalism, resourcefulness, and care.
  • Maintain clear, detailed records in Salesforce, Zendesk, and internal systems.
  • Anticipate client needs and offer thoughtful, proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, concierge, and coaching teams to drive seamless handoffs.
  • Represent the RRI brand with excellence, ownership, and heart.
  • Flexibility on some evenings and weekends during events is required.
  • Travel, up to 25%, is required for supporting live & virtual events.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in customer service, client experience, hospitality, or high-ticket sales support.
  • Obsessed with service and take pride in solving problems fast, right, and with a human touch.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and personably—verbally and in writing.
  • Can juggle multiple systems (Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, etc.) without dropping the ball.
  • Thrive under pressure and love a fast-moving team where expectations are high.
  • Show up with positive energy, emotional intelligence, and zero ego.
  • Have experience with personal development content or are eager to learn it.
