Overview

This role is designed for top-tier sales professionals who thrive in a high-energy, results-driven environment. As a Coaching Sales Representative, your primary objective is to market and enroll prospects into our Results Coaching Program via telephone.

In Short

• Execute outbound calls to potential and existing customers to qualify leads and sell coaching programs.
• Handle inbound sales calls, converting them into coaching sales with a high success rate.
• Meet and exceed monthly coaching enrollment goals.
• Maintain records of sales activities within the CRM.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
• Occasionally travel to sell coaching at RRI events.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Coaching Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of recent sales experience.
• Proven track record as a top producer in an inside sales environment.
• Exceptional consultative selling skills.
• Modern computer skills and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a global clientele.
• Competitive, coachable, and a relentless hunger for success.
