  • Contribute to process improvements for customer satisfaction.
  • Support colleagues in special projects aimed at optimizing workflows.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of proven direct customer support experience.
  • Understanding of the building products industry preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in telecom software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability and openness to change.
  • Resilience and ability to maintain productivity during challenges.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
