Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of Residential Metal Roofing (RMR) within Metal Solutions, managing a team and driving sales strategies.

In Short

  • Manage a team of ten to thirteen sales managers across a large geographic region.
  • Responsible for over $110M in sales with objectives to aggressively grow.
  • Establish sales targets to meet company objectives.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to promote growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with business development to enhance project specifications and close ratios.
  • Lead integration initiatives for newly acquired companies.
  • Coach the sales team on sales methodologies and tools.
  • Coordinate growth strategies with Business Development.
  • Recommend sales strategies based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • Drive a sales culture focused on exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years in a sales leadership role, including executive experience.
  • Strong knowledge of technical product selling.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence leadership and drive change.
  • Proven track record in executing strategies and delivering results.
  • Remote office location acceptable with frequent travel required (approx. 60%).
