Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Nextech’s solutions to assigned physician markets, primarily practices with one to two doctors, managing the full sales lifecycle and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Lead the full sales cycle within the 1-2 physician specialty market segment.
  • Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Conduct qualification and discovery to assess prospective client needs.
  • Build trusted partnerships with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
  • Deliver impactful virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Provide consistent and timely follow-up with prospects.
  • Prepare and present tailored price proposals to prospective clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads and track actions.
  • Stay informed on competitor products and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and full-cycle sales processes.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to overcome objections.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong ability to partner with others.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% for trade shows and practice visits.
