Overview

As part of its strategic growth in North America, our client, a pioneer in the flexible packaging industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join its U.S. team. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the North American sales organization.

In Short

  • Manage a defined portfolio of existing clients in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Conduct in-person client visits to strengthen partnerships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking and industry events.
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales operations.
  • Execute market analysis to support business development.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in international trade fairs.
  • Track account activities and maintain sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of total sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of export and logistics operations.
  • Based in the U.S., preferably on the East Coast or Midwest.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
  • Valid driver's license for travel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Valid work authorization in the US.
