Overview

As an HR Solutions Associate at Manay CPA, you will ensure compliance with U.S. labor regulations and provide comprehensive HR services to clients, including benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance audits.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
• Conduct audits of workforce data to identify compliance risks.
• Advise clients on labor law changes and legal requirements.
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with ACA.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist in developing compensation strategies and conducting market analysis.
• Provide insights on workforce data and trends.
• Support clients with HR technology implementations.
• Participate in continuous development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workforce management needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR experience with a focus on U.S. labor laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS and workforce management software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret workforce data.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Turkish language proficiency is a plus.
