Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in relevant fields.
• 10+ years (BS), 8+ years (MS), or 6+ years (PhD) of related experience.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Proficiency in R, SAS, or similar statistical packages.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong project management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior executives.
• Understanding of clinical development processes.
• Experience in building analytics solutions for clinical trials preferred.
