Solutions Associate - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Associate will play a critical role in customer onboarding and engagement, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of services for clients in the capital markets sector.

In Short

• Develop an in-depth understanding of customer workflows.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams from project inception to go-live.
• Support clients through the onboarding journey.
• Build and execute detailed project plans.
• Document customer process flows and identify system gaps.
• Connect product development teams with customer needs.
• Build trusting relationships with key customer contacts.
• Lead multiple implementation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in solutions management, project management, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Empathy for customers and passion for project management.
• Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail.
• Independent and proactive in taking on challenges.
• Process-oriented with good time management skills.
• Understanding of technical aspects of software implementation is a plus.
