New Classrooms is a national non-profit organization focused on reimagining math education for all students. We are a fully remote team of educators, technologists, and advocates committed to the idea that all students deserve an educational pathway that meets them where they are and gets them to where they need to be.

In Short

• Drive the adoption of Teach to One Roadmaps across Rhode Island.
• Recruit schools and districts to implement personalized math solutions.
• Build relationships with district leaders and education officials.
• Lead outreach efforts and manage partnership development.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth program onboarding.
• Support understanding of math standards and intervention needs.
• Maintain records of outreach activities in Salesforce.
• Contribute to strategies for program visibility and growth.
• Represent Teach to One at conferences and events.

Requirements

• Strong network of K-12 education leaders in Rhode Island.
• Background in academic strategy or instructional coaching.
• Skilled in relationship building and partnership fostering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in K-12 education.
• Access to reliable transportation for in-state travel.
