The Director of Education at Athlos Academies is responsible for providing instructional leadership and strategic support to school-level teams, ensuring high-quality implementation of strategic plans, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of K-12 teaching and administrative experience.
• Leadership experience in a charter school network.
• Experience working with governing boards.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and obtain goals.
• Experience in growing academic leaders.
