Senior Director, Education - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director of Education will manage all ongoing BigID Education and University operations to help us grow our cross-domain educational program. This role requires strong training design and delivery experience and proven leadership skills.

In Short

• Develop a comprehensive education strategy aligned with the company's software products and services.
• Lead and manage a team of instructional designers and trainers.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance educational offerings.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of educational programs.
• Schedule and facilitate educational events and programs.
• Support education discovery and planning calls with prospects.
• Work closely with product management and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities for revenue-generating programs.
• Analyze training needs and satisfaction results.
• Manage the education department's budget and resources.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in Education or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in education and leading education teams.
• 5+ years of experience delivering or managing training.
• Creative and media experience, including video authoring.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and run simultaneous projects.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Remote position with possible travel required.
