Overview

The Director of Human Resources Administration for New Classrooms is a key member of the People & Culture team, overseeing HR strategy and operations for a fully remote organization.

In Short

• Oversee HR Administration including payroll and employee benefits.
• Manage personnel policies and legal compliance.
• Design and execute HR policies and processes.
• Work closely with the Director, Talent & Culture.
• Ensure a positive and supportive culture for all employees.
• Develop and maintain best in class HR practices.
• Handle payroll using Paylocity.
• Manage employee relations and performance management.
• Support the development of the People and Culture budget.
• Lead HR onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

• 8 years' experience in human resource administration.
• Experience with payroll management.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to champion the employee experience.
• Excellent judgment in resolving complex matters.
• Collaborative team player.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Commitment to the mission of New Classrooms.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
