Overview

Fliff is looking for an HR Administrator to support our core people processes and deliver a great experience for our Bulgarian employees and Global contractors.

In Short

  • Support recruiting operations and manage onboarding processes.
  • Prepare and maintain contracts and employee updates.
  • Respond to employee and contractor questions.
  • Assist with performance review cycles.
  • Support policy creation and updates.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs.
  • Partner with payroll and external vendors.
  • Contribute to HR/People Operations initiatives.
  • Work in a fully remote environment.
  • Join a dynamic, global setting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR administration or Recruiting.
  • Comfortable with HR/ATS tools (Lever and Rippling/Gusto a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language plus).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
