Overview

Humana’s Insurance IT organization is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Technology Solutions to lead technology efforts within the Enrollment domain, advancing technical vision and delivering scalable, secure solutions.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery for Enrollment initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison between technology, business, and product teams.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams for high-quality delivery.

• Partner with IT Finance to manage funding and forecasts.

• Manage complex technical and operational problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology roles.
• 4+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery.
• Solid understanding of business operations and data architecture.
• Experience in a SAFe Agile framework.
• Ability to collaborate across various teams.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with Humana’s internal processes.
• Experience leading technology strategy within Enrollment systems.
