Overview

As an HR Technology Associate Director at DTCC, you will lead the analysis and implementation of HR technology solutions to address business challenges, while managing a team and collaborating with various functional leaders.

• Lead HR technology solution analysis and implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Reporting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills including v-lookup and pivot tables.
