HR Technology Associate - Remote

Overview

The HR Technology Associate is responsible for functional and technical support of the Company's existing and future technology portfolio, including day-to-day support in the implementation of new features, enhancements, and fixes, as well as ongoing support of end-users.

In Short

• Support end-users with system functionality and features.
• Maintain technology portfolio integrity through process review and security administration.
• Serve as a HR Technology expert in various projects.
• Participate in implementations and projects.
• Configure the system to meet business requirements.
• Lead small to medium projects.
• Provide analytical support on ad-hoc projects.
• Interface between IT, Finance, and other business partners.
• Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR technology.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level HR, Payroll, and Reporting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
