Technology Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

The Technology Operations Associate will be responsible for tracking vendors, tools, and interoperability, in addition to supporting RFPs. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to effectively manage relationships and support technology-related initiatives across the company.

• Identify, evaluate, and support the implementation of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors.
• Assist in vendor selection and communication during implementation.
• Track and prioritize technology requests from departments.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Willingness to travel (10%-20%) is expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years’ prior experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to do other duties as assigned.
